Khujand Polytechnic Institute of Tajik Technological University professors and students were informed about the preliminary results of Tajik companies’ participation at “Textillegrpom” fair in Moscow. A dissemination workshop on the Tajikistan participation at the Moscow fair was conducted in Khujand city on 24 October 2013.
Nine companies from Tajikistan participated in “Textillegprom”, one of the leading international textiles and apparel trade fairs in the Russian Federation, from 24 to 27 September in Moscow.
Tajik textile and clothing companies: “Textile City”, “Nekoo Khujand”, “Nafisa”, “Spitamen Textiles”, “Leader”, “Nohid”, “Tenta Kulyab”, “Ortex”, and “Rahimov A.A.”, exhibited their products at the 41st edition of Textillegprom, the largest specialized industry event in the Russian Federation.
Upon return representatives of the Tajikistan delegation in the Moscow fair shared their experience from the participation at the fair and opportunities coming from this participation at this event. Workshop participants were also briefed about the “Textillegprom 2013”.
In the workshop Tajik students showed high interest in activities of local T&C companies and discussed conditions and terms of work in their companies. “Leader” LLC and “Rahimov A.A” LLC representatives noted that there is high demand in fashion designers among textile companies now.
